Poterie Ravel offers a DRIVE service by reservation. You are thus assured that the pots you want are available the day you come to Aubagne.
No risk of breakage or late delivery due to the carrier. You have your vase when you want it.
- I order the model(s) of my choice on the online store
- I pay for my purchase online
- My order is prepared at the factory. I expect a delay of 4 weeks maximum
- I am contacted by phone or email to make an appointment
- I go to the factory in Aubagne only in the time slot given by my contact Ravel
- I warn in case of impediment by phone at +33(0)442.187.979 or by email magasin@poterie-ravel.com
- I park in the pottery car park at the locations indicated and I open the trunk of my vehicle
- I present myself to the staff with my order form
- I check my products on the cart presented to me by the Ravel sales person
- After verification, the Ravel staff loads my purchases into my vehicle
